Every active support subscription, monthly or annual, includes one adjustment per month: either a custom button layout or a change to an existing module.
Send it through Request support instead of buying it here. Unused months do not add up, and new development is quoted separately.
How a job runs
- You buy the service in the shop, or send a quote request for new development.
- The matching form opens with your order attached. You describe platform, layout, version and what should change.
- We confirm the scope, or come back with one question if something is missing.
- Adjustments are delivered as a new personal build within 48 hours. Setup sessions run at a time we agree with you.
- These are services on personal builds: work starts once the scope is confirmed, and the right of withdrawal ends when the build is delivered or the session is complete.
Before you book a setup session
Have this ready: your Cronus Zen and, for a wireless controller, the Bluetooth connector; the USB cable for the Zen; your console and controller; FC27 installed; and a PC or Mac with the current Cronus Zen Studio. Zen Studio, console firmware and controller firmware should all be up to date. Hardware and the game are not part of any service.
