Where exactly should the boot meet the ball? Which zone of the box turns a delivery into a goal? How much power, released at which instant? The modern set piece is a craft of millimetres and milliseconds, and the specialists of the game spend entire sessions perfecting a single delivery.

FC27 Set Pieces is your dead-ball specialist on the controller. Contact point, target zone and power are pre-calibrated for every routine in our in-game testing and delivered with one press, on corners and free kicks alike. And from the spot, where nerves turn casual players into guessers, the script stays ice-cold: the same aim, the same power, every single time.

What is inside

• Corners: Bullseye, Front Raider, Sky Tower, Short Fuse. Four meta deliveries, each with its own calibrated contact point, target zone and power profile. Pick your side, press once and attack the ball.
• Free Kicks: Curled Shot, Banana Shot, Knuckleball, Wall Creeper. Bent over the wall, whipped around it, struck dead-centre for the wobble and dip, or slid underneath the jump. A hand-picked technique for every distance, with perfectly dosed power.
• Penalties: Rocket Left, Rocket Right, Ice Finesse, Panenka. No trembling thumb, no power bar in the red. Placement and power land exactly where they were calibrated to land, kick after kick.
• Goalkeeper: Top left, Low left, Top right, Low right. One press and your keeper launches into the corner of your choice, turning every penalty into a duel of nerves for the taker.
• Always on the current meta. Every time EA reshapes set pieces, we re-test, recalibrate and deliver a fresh build to subscribers.
• Your own settings menu. Every routine switched on or off and its power tuned on the controller. Saved on the device.
• On-screen display. Active mode and version shown on the device.

Its own slot, on purpose

Set Pieces is built to live on a separate memory slot of your Cronus Zen, next to the FC27 Pro Script. Two focused scripts stay more precise than one that tries to do everything. After a corner or free kick, Set Pieces hands straight back to your Pro Script, so you play on with your full function set. Your manual shows the recommended slot setup.

Set Pieces works purely through your controller inputs and never touches game files or servers. Every routine is calibrated for repeatable execution; the finish still belongs to the match, your players and your in-game settings, so no goal can be guaranteed.
