The rules for the referral program and the creator program.
Last updated: 28 September 2026. These terms apply to everyone who takes part in the GameScriptHub partner program, both the open referral program and the invite-only creator program. By creating a partner account you accept them. For approved creators, a personal creator agreement can add to these terms; where it differs, the creator agreement applies.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. One partner account per person. We may decline or close an application without giving reasons, in particular where we see a risk of misuse.
You receive a personal referral link and, where agreed, a personal code. When a visitor opens your link, a referral cookie is stored in their browser for up to 120 days. If several partners refer the same visitor, the last referral link used before the purchase counts. A purchase with your personal code is always credited to you. We can only credit purchases that our system has tracked; we cannot reconstruct referrals afterwards.
In the referral program you earn a commission on the first order of a new customer you refer. Customers who have ordered from us before do not count. In the creator program, commissions can also apply to later purchases of the customers you referred, as set out in your creator agreement. Your current commission rate is shown in your partner dashboard.
Commissions apply to our game scripts only. Subscriptions, memberships and services do not earn a commission. Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid for the scripts, excluding VAT, fees and shipping. Discounts reduce the basis. Free or zero-value orders do not generate a commission.
A new commission is first shown as pending. It becomes payable once the order is final, at the earliest 30 days after the purchase. If an order is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the related commission lapses. If it has already been paid, we may offset it against future commissions.
Payable commissions are paid out once your balance reaches at least €50. You can request a payout in your partner dashboard. We pay to the payment details you provide, usually PayPal or another method we agree with you. You are responsible for correct payment details and for declaring and paying any taxes on your earnings.
Payout verification. Before your first payout, you complete a one-time payout verification in your partner dashboard. You tell us who receives the payout and who its beneficial owner is: for individuals your full name, date of birth, nationality and address; for companies the company details, the authorised representative and every natural person who directly or indirectly holds more than 25% of the shares or voting rights or otherwise controls the company. You also tell us whether any of these persons is politically exposed. The payout account must be held by the verified payee. We may ask for supporting documents. Payouts are made only once your details are confirmed. We may withhold payouts while details are missing, incorrect or not updated after a change. Your commissions keep counting in the meantime.
If these rules are broken, we can withhold or cancel the affected commissions and close the partner account.
You may use our name, logo and the promotional material we provide in your partner dashboard to recommend GameScriptHub. You may not change our logo or create the impression that you speak for us. This permission ends when your partner account ends.
We can change commission rates or these terms for the future. We will tell you about material changes by e-mail or in your partner dashboard at least 14 days in advance. You can close your partner account at any time. We can close it with 14 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms. Commissions that were payable before the end remain payable unless they are affected by a breach.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and as required by mandatory law. Otherwise we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. We do not guarantee any level of earnings.
