Start with the hardware explainer if the Cronus Zen is new to you. If you already own one, go straight to the manual for your script and keep it open while you set up.
Your purchase e-mail contains your personal script file and your personal owner’s manual. Install Cronus Zen Studio on your computer, open the script file, compile it and write it to a memory slot on your device. Connect the Zen between your controller and your console, start the game and check the on-screen display. The manual walks through every step with the exact menu names.
Three checks solve most cases. Confirm that you loaded the variant that matches your console and your in-game controller layout, Classic or Alternate. Confirm that the script sits in the slot you actually selected on the device. Confirm that your controller is connected to the Zen and not to the console directly.
If those are in order, use Request support. Tell us your console, your controller layout, the script version from the display and what you saw in game. That is usually enough for us to answer without a second round of questions.
