Contact us about your order

If you need help with a cancellation, refund, missing delivery or a product that does not work as described, contact support@gamescripthub.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or license keys. We review requests in accordance with the applicable terms and your statutory rights.

What a script purchase includes

Every script purchase includes the current release version of that script, its personal licence and its personal manual, delivered to your customer account. Later updates and new versions require an active FC27 support subscription.

Support subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew according to the billing period shown at purchase. To request cancellation or help managing your subscription, use your customer account or contact support@gamescripthub.com. Cancellation of future renewals and a refund request for an existing payment are separate matters. Your purchase entitlement to the release version you bought remains included without a subscription.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation rights and remedies for digital content or services that are not supplied or do not conform to the contract. Buying at a discounted price does not remove those rights. Any legally required consent relating to early delivery of digital content must be obtained separately; this page does not itself constitute that consent.
