No. We build scripts. You buy the device wherever you prefer.
Those are the two in-game controller layouts in FC27. The script has to know which one you use, because the same action sits on a different button in each. You find the name in the game’s controller settings.
Yes. Subscribers can have their build changed as part of their support subscription. Without a subscription it is a Custom work item.
No. You compile the file and write it to the device, and the manual shows every click. If you would rather not do it yourself, Get it running takes you through it: we set the Zen up with you and load the script.
Yes. Every build is generated for your licence and carries it inside the file, and your manual is personalised as well. Sharing a file breaks the licence terms.
Through the Support & updates subscription. New versions appear in your account downloads.
Yes. Subscribers, monthly or annual, get one adjustment of an existing function per subscription month. New functions and larger changes are quoted individually under Custom work.

Scripts are digital goods that are generated for you personally, which affects the right of withdrawal. The details, including when a refund is possible, are in our refund policy.
