The rules that apply when you buy a script, a subscription or a service.
Your contract is with the operator of GameScriptHub ("we"). The company, its registered seat and its registration details are stated in full in our legal notice. Written contact: support@gamescripthub.com.
We sell the scripts as their exclusive distributor and provide sales, marketing and player support. The scripts are developed by an independent development group that has exclusively appointed us; we are not their manufacturer. We remain your contractual partner for every purchase, and your statutory rights are not affected.
We sell digital scripts for the Cronus Zen device, subscriptions for updates, support and reading access, and individual services such as setup help and adjustments. We do not sell hardware, and we do not sell game accounts or in-game items.
You place an order in the shop and we confirm it by e-mail. Prices shown include VAT; the final total, including any applicable taxes, is displayed before you pay. The confirmation e-mail, your invoice and these terms together describe your purchase.
Scripts are generated for your licence and delivered digitally, usually within minutes of payment, together with a personalised owner’s manual. Your files also remain in your customer account. If a delivery e-mail does not arrive, check your account first and then contact us.
You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use your script on your own devices. You may not share, resell, publish, rent out or sublicense the files, and you may not remove or alter the licence information they contain. Every file is traceable to the licence it was issued for. Details are in License & Resellers.
Support subscriptions and The Edge memberships renew automatically for the period you selected until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your customer account, with effect at the end of the current billing period. Benefits end when the subscription ends: updates and support stop, and reading access to members’ content closes. Scripts you already purchased remain yours.
Both support subscriptions include reading access to The Edge and one adjustment of an existing function per subscription month; the annual subscription adds the script discounts. Unused adjustments do not accumulate.
Consumers in the EU normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. You give that consent at checkout, and because your script is generated individually for your licence, supply begins immediately after payment.
If something is wrong with what we delivered, statutory rights for defective goods still apply and we will put it right. See our refund policy for how we handle individual cases.
Our scripts assist inputs on your own controller. They do not modify game files, they do not access game servers, and they do not guarantee any result in a match. Whether and how you may use assistive hardware in a particular game or competition is your responsibility, and rules set by publishers or tournament organisers are outside our control.
You need a Cronus Zen device, a computer for the initial setup, a supported console and the in-game controller layout your variant was built for. We cannot be held responsible for setups that do not meet these requirements.
We are liable for intent and gross negligence without limitation, and for breaches of essential contractual duties up to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
We answer support requests in writing, ordinarily within one to two business days. Subscriptions do not include a guaranteed response time.
We may change these terms for future orders. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order. For running subscriptions we will inform subscribers of material changes before they take effect.
Romanian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Consumers can use the ANPC alternative dispute resolution scheme described in the legal notice.
